Nigeria: Wizkid finally gets his desired collaboration with Asa after 7 years

Nigeria—It’s pouring albums and collaborations for Nigerian singers as Asa is poised to release her third studio album, with the official tracklist revealing that she cooperated with Grammy-winning sensation Wizkid.

On Monday, the Ojuelegba singer revealed on his verified Twitter profile that he has finally teamed up with Asa.

Wizkid professed his love for Asa and, of course, her music on Twitter in 2015. He claimed that Asa was the only musician he wished to collaborate with.
Seven years later, Asa heard his calls and chose to include him in her fifth studio album, named V.

Wizkid is on the official tracklist, as seen on Asa’s Instagram story.

Wizkid appears on the third track off the album, according to the official tracklist posted on Asa’s Instagram story.

On February 22, the much-anticipated project will be available on all streaming platforms.
